University of Phoenix Stadium
The innovative concept of University of Phoenix Stadium features the most modern technology, fan friendly amenities and a secure environment.
As the first stadium in North America to feature a retractable roof and a roll-out grass field, the University of Phoenix stadium is the home of the Arizona Cardinals, as well as the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. Every four years, the facility will host the NCAA's BCS National Championship football game. And of course, Super Bowl XLII will be played in University of Phoenix Stadium on Feb. 3, 2008.
The stadium seats 63,400 for Cardinals games, but will provide approximately 10,000 more seats for Super Bowl XLII.
The roof has two large retractable panels that uncover the entire playing field while providing maximum shading for fans. The roof can be closed and the facility air conditioned in the hot months, while the roof can be opened to take advantage of the Valley's world-famous climate in cooler months.
The grass field rolls out of the stadium on an 18.9-million-pound tray, residing outside of the stadium except for football and soccer events. With the field in the outboard position, the 158,000-square-foot floor is unencumbered by the turf and features a built-in utility grid.
The grass field remains outside the stadium in the sun until game day, which allows for the maximum amount of sunshine and nourishment, eliminating humidity problems inside the stadium and providing unrestricted access to the stadium floor for events and staging.
Completed in the fall of 2006 and built specifically to showcase Arizona's next Super Bowl, this $455 million architectural wonder is the most advanced sporting facility in the world. The facility has been voted "Best NFL Facility" by Street & Smith's Sports Business Journal and Sports Business Daily. The stadium has also been named one of the Top 10 stadiums in the world by Business Week.

Odds to win super bowl are highly fluctuating. Some
teams play better than expected while others fail to
display true potential. Each team's track record and
past performance are appropriate areas to concentrate
while making decisions. While placing odds to win super
bowl, luck plays a major role
in determining your winnings. But remember, it always
pays to exercise caution and prudent judgment while
selecting your odds to win super bowl.
The super bowl betting odds are listed with the favorite
team with negative points. When betting on the Super
Bowl a point spread is always used. Who wins the game is
irrelevant, the winning margin is the crucial
factor.
The favorite in superbowl betting must win the game by
more than the point spread that was given at the time of
the bet. For example, if you bet on the favorite you are
giving up 3 points to the other team, the underdog will
get 3 points added to the score at the end of the game.
In the same way, if you bet on the underdog you are
taking the point spread. The bettor is locked into the
spread prevalent at the time of betting. Any change to
the spread later does not affect the bet. The payout in
super bowl betting is the money placed as bet, the
vigorish and the money won. In super bowl betting,
whenever the favorite's winning margin is the same as
the spread, it is a push. The spread will be adjusted
depending upon whether the player is out of the game or
not. If a game is listed as even (or pick 'em), the
spread is 0 and the team that wins the game, will cover
the spread. This is the only case in superbowl gambling
where you simply pick the winner. When the game is
'off' or 'no line', the super bowl wagering sports book
does not accept bets on that game.
